Gaston Day School is pleased to offer our state-of-the-art facilities for your next event. Whether you are planning an exciting celebration, an elegant reception, a business meeting, an instructional seminar, or an athletic challenge – our facilities offer flexible, affordable options.

The Pamela Kimbrell Warlick Visual & Performing Arts Center

The Kimbrell Warlick Center’s beautiful, spacious lobby allows up to 300 guests to comfortably mingle at a cocktail reception or dance, or up to 100 can enjoy a seated meal prepared by our catering service. If additional space is needed, your guests can overflow into the 1,400-square-foot outdoor courtyard that can be tented for added ambience.

Additional rooms located off the lobby and behind the stage are available for classroom space or breakout rooms.

A loading dock and an extra-wide corridor make loading and unloading easier.

The James Heyward Henry Student Activity Center

This 47,000-square-foot multipurpose facility was designed primarily as the School’s athletic department and dining hall; however, the abundance of open space makes The Henry Center and ideal facility for sporting events, trade shows, and fundraisers.

The gymnasium seats 750 in bleachers and up to 500 at tables.
The upper dining hall level has a cozy atmosphere with seating for 75 and a large outdoor patio.
Classroom space is also available for meetings or lectures.
